Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Jason Jarava started showing interest in art at a very early age. Fortunate enough to have encouraging family and friends, he began to spend most of his time in the arts. Location was also a big influence on the direction his art took. Luxuriant landscapes, tall trees, and reflective waters surround the area of Loch Raven where he spent much of his youth. After receiving a Bachelor of Fine Art degree from ASU, Jason traveled the world. He not only paints on canvas and other mediums.
