Our Return and Exchange Policy

Fineart.Market is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. And don’t worry, every item purchased from us is covered by Fineart.market’s Lifetime Guarantee. (Click the Guarantee link on the bottom of any page to read the specifics)

We aren’t in business for single sales, we are in business for relationships.

Our return rate is so low that it’s almost microscopic. And we have a few guesses why:

  • We offer outstanding products, in outstanding condition
  • We examine every item (either framed or unframed) before it is shipped to make sure that you will receive a wonderful piece that you can add to your collection.
  • We concisely describe every item we are selling in great detail. Have a question about an item? You can submit a question on every single product page and one of our in house experts will answer all of your questions. Unlike a lot of sites, with us you know exactly what you are buying before spending your money.
  • We meticulously package every item for shipment in house (we never farm out our shipping to the bull in the china shop)

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Buyer must make any inquiries regarding returns for refund, exchanges, or store credit within 3 days of the delivery date, and you must obtain email approval. You will receive an RMA number from the seller which must be included in the package. Returns must be received back within 30 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
  • To return products for a refund, the buyer must accept the 30% restocking fee. There is NO restocking fee to receive a store credit. A store credit has NO CASH VALUE but can be used in the store for the ENTIRE credit amount. For example, if you spent $300 on an item you returned, you could choose either a refund of $210 or a store credit for the full amount of $300.
  • Defective products or those damaged during shipping are eligible for a replacement or store credit at no charge.
  • Custom framed (special order framing) artworks cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
  • All returned items, such as lithographs, prints or paintings, must be returned in their original packaging, in good condition. Ensuring that items show no damage, fingerprints, stains, creases, bumps, bends, or any other type of damage.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item is received damaged. If an item arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours that it arrived damaged. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, we will provide a free label to return the item to us, will fix or replace and damage to item (if possible), and then ship it back to you at no additional cost. Damaged frames are just remade.
  • If a return is made without prior written (email) approval from the seller (without the RMA number), it will not be considered valid, and no reimbursement will be issued.
  • Upon receiving the returned package, if there is evidence of customer negligence in handling the artwork or packaging, Fineart.Market reserves the right to charge up to 50% of the cost of the item or refuse the return and not provide a reimbursement. Items that are damaged in shipping are 100% covered by insurance.

Customs & Import Taxes Policy:

International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, and any related delays in their own countries. Let us know if you have any specific questions.
